I am going into my 18th year in education & 13 of those years have been spent in Kindergarten. It's my sweet spot & I love the journey that Kindergarten is. They start as babies needing to learn just how to be a student. By mid year, they are total sponges! By the end of the year, they are reading independently & just so magical. Getting to be the start of child's journey through school is something I do not take lightly. I pride myself on building an environment where everybody is somebody & all are welcome. We all have value & contributions to make to our classroom. We are perfectly imperfect.
