My name is Shannon Allenspach, but most of my students call me Mrs. A. I have taught 6th grade Language Arts my entire career and will start my 23rd year in August. As a teacher, there are several items that would greatly benefit my classroom and enhance the learning experience and help my students to feel at home in my classroom. Each year I do my best to restock my classroom with everything my students might need. I try to make sure that students coming to school with little to no supplies, can still get what they need a for the year. Some of the supplies on my list aren’t necessarily education related, but items that my students might need for personal or health reasons. All of these supplies would not only help me better engage and support my students, but also create a more organized and efficient learning environment in my classroom.
