This is my second year teaching. Last year, I shared a classroom and didn’t bring much supplies. This year I’ll have a class of my own and would really like some help getting supplies for my classroom. My students are either new to the country, new to the school, or both, and usually they are unprepared with materials for school. I would like to be the teacher that is not setting a comfortable, culturally responsive classroom, but also supporting their learning by providing necessary materials that positively impacts their learning.
