I am an educational specialist and special education teacher for middle school students with disabilities in Cerritos, CA (a suburb of Los Angeles). My school is a Title 1 school that serves under privileged communities (other cities that surround my school and are a part of my school district). This upcoming school year will be my first year teaching English, as I've taught Math for the past 6 years. My students are incredible and have to work exceptionally hard to keep up with the general education students and core curriculum. They need additional resources that help support their learning that I pay for out of my own pocket. I want to lead and guide them to success. Thank you for the support!
