I have been teaching for the past 11 years, first in fourth grade for 5 years and currently in third grade for the past 6 years. I absolutely love what I do and wish I could give my students everything they need to feel safe, confident and successful in school. I aim to make my classroom feel like "home away from home" and cozy for all of my students. I have slowly adapted my classroom over the past few years to include flexible seating options for all students to have a spot in our classroom that they can succeed in. I teach at a Title 1 school in the Bay Area, California.
