For 34 years, I've had the privilege of shaping young minds, cheering on big
dreams, and proving that learning never stops. As a lifelong learner, I'm
always looking for new ways to grow, whether it's diving into the science of
reading as a LETRS facilitator, exploring innovative teaching practices, or
supporting fellow educators on their own professional journeys.
When I'm not
in the classroom, you'll probably find me on the sidelines of a soccer field,
enthusiastically cheering on the game I love, or spending time with my four
amazing boys—the greatest adventure of all.
I believe the best schools are
built on collaboration, encouragement, and a willingness to keep learning
together. Nothing brings me more joy than mentoring new teachers, celebrating
their successes, and helping them build the confidence to make a lasting impact
on students' lives.
Teacher. Mentor. Mom. Soccer enthusiast. Lifelong
learner. Always learning, always growing, and always believing in the power of
education to change lives.
