I am a 2nd year teacher that is currently trying to adjust, change, and implement new things into my teaching and my classroom in order to better meet my students’ needs. A lot of my students come from lower income homes and a lot of their parents are equipped to help them academically, mentally (emotionally etc.) and at times physically. I try to do a variety of things to help provide what I can to make sure these needs are met. This list is just a list of fidgets to continue to add to our classroom fidget basket. These fidgets help the students remain grounded, focused, and less stressed when working in class, taking tests and even on field trips and during all school/grade level events.
