Hi there! I’m about to start my 9th year of teaching and my 4th year in 4th
grade at the same amazing school in Stockton, CA, my hometown! It’s a privilege
to teach in the community that shaped me.
Our Title 1 school is filled with
resilient, big-hearted students who face challenges academically, socially, and
physically. I work hard to make our classroom a safe, joyful, and welcoming
space where every child feels valued.
As our Student Council Advisor, I help
students build leadership skills and plan fun school events — one of my
favorite parts of the job!
This year, I’m hoping to restock my completely
empty supply closet and add items for enrichment, classroom incentives, and
snacks. Many students come to school hungry, so having a variety of snacks on
hand makes a huge difference in their day.
